In his presentation at NCSM Bob Horton from Clemson University outlined some of the work being undertaken in the Inquiry in Motion project. The project aims to improve motivation, academic performance and the capacity of students through the sustained engagement in schools of science, mathematics, engineering and technology.
Of particular interest is a planning template (Word document) for lessons/units that brings to light ways to embed inquiry based on their developing 4Ex2 Instructional Model.
